With Ponzio Consulting, I developed a tailored consulting model for startup and SME CEOs who want to scale their business without losing control. The project was born from a clear need: making sense of scattered information, undefined processes, and decisions made without reliable data. I leverage tools like Notion, Airtable, Power BI, and ERP platforms to build Business Intelligence dashboards, map internal information flows, and implement data-driven decision-making systems. I integrate methodologies such as Lean, Agile, and OKRs to help CEOs focus on what truly matters—eliminating operational noise and building scalable foundations. A key part of my work is customization. Every company has different needs. That’s why I conduct internal interviews, run operational audits, and analyze KPIs to design solutions that are both technically robust and practically effective. My goal is to transform every business I work with into a faster, more flexible, and strategically aligned decision-making machine. This project reflects my ability to combine technology, systems thinking, and hands-on execution to solve real problems for founders shaping the future.
